1997 Ford Aerostar 4. 6cyl. where is the PVC VALVE LOCATED.

I have spent weeks looking on the web and underneath and on top of my van to find the pvc valve. I can not find it and it seems like everyone else has the same problem.
Please help.

on top of valve cover connected to a vacum hose
