when you start it,it turns over for like about 20 seconds before it starts.then once its started it idles rough and smells like gas from the exaust. or it smells like its burning to rich?when you start to drive,it chugs a little bit then runs fine.and when you stop at a light,it sounds like its going to die.i checked firing order and its right.any ideas??

Check all your vacuum lines and make sure they arent damaged or cracked.

leaky fuel pressure regulator on the spyder injectors, If you take the upper intake manifold off you should see it, if one side is shiny and clean then it is leaky. There should be carbon buildup in there otherwise.
