How much do non-original paint, engine and wheels affect a 72 Pantera's value.

In short - a lot. The original engine cannot be replaced so the second best would be an exactly correct engine for the year of the car. The paint basically devalues the car by the cost of repainting it the correct color. Same goes for the wheels. I would say more than $20k. Probably at lot more.
