please get your diagnostics read from an autoparts store or do it yourself with one of these cheap hand-held scanners~ personally would suspect a TPS-

with your diagnostics read we'll find out the Intake Air Temperature sensor- or Ambient sensor, the Block temperature sensor, the radiator temperature sensor and the gauge temperature sensor may have to be tended to...but because this is a temperature related problem will have to say the IAT sensor and the Block Temperature sensors are sending signals to fatten up the mix when it needs to be lean~
