Hello...You can click the orange "feedback" button with the picture of the bullhorn to the bottom right side and send a message to the CarGuru Admins to change your screen name :)

Were you able to contact CarGurus Admins yet to change your name?? They are usually very responsive and probably will change it ASAP! Ask for Henry S., dude is very helpful!
