changed the computer on neon 2002 ,the code reader says faulty key,What do i do

was your old pcm skimmed? in other words did it have the electronic key with the grey end? if it did then all you have to do is take it to a dealer and have it programmed. if the key was black originally you are either going to have to install a skim module and have everything programmed or find a non skim pcm and swap in.
