I cant take my key out

I would ask someone with some expertise to take that out, so that you don't damage anything by accident.

is the steering wheel locked? Rock the steering wheel back and forth to see if you can remove it. Also make sure the car is fully engaged into park.

Things to look at are your ignition switch/nuetral safety switch. Under the column is either a small hole, or a stamped mark where a hole was supposed to be. Stick a paperclip up there to release your key.
