Sounds like the anti-theft system does not recognize that the loss of battery power was from intentional battery changing. Have them try to disconnect the battery for ten seconds and then reconnect. Upon reconnecting the horn should blow one time. If the car still does not start you may have a problem with the security system computer itself. This will require a dealership with the proper computer tools to diagnose and repair. Good luck.

Joseph my car did the same thing there's a couple things you can try straight all your doors and put the key in the ignition and turn it to the ACC on your ignition that's the one right before you actually start it wait 10 minutes turn it all the way back off and then put it back in the same ACC position on your ignition do that three times it takes 30 minutes and that's supposed to reset the the computer to your key on the 44th time that's when you try and start it if that doesn't work could take out your key roll up all your windows and make sure all the doors are shut shut all your doors lock them all with your with your power button from the inside windows rolled up

Insert the key into the lock on the driver side then disconnected the black cable wait 10 minutes and then and then lock and unlock your door 3 times with your key and if that don't work this is the last trick I have cuz I have the same problem with my car getting under the hood take off your relay top and find the if you check out your fuses and then the power control PCM or relay and then try the door thing one more time when you do the relays and that the fuses under the hood make sure your key is in your door lock good luck I hope this helps a little bit
