I have a 99 ford expedition i have had no problems
out of it at all but a couple days ago the dash
lights(check engine,oil,abs exc.)are staying on the
air and heat stay on and the key is no where near
the truck i have no idea what is keeping these
thangs on

Could be a problem with the ignition cylinder not turning all the way off, or something broken inside. The truck thinks the key is still in it.
