Engine light has come on on my Triton turbo diesel 2011

I was spraying a manifold cleaning spray in air
intake and my engine light came on has not come
off for the last 2 hours got my engine seems to be
running fine a little bit of loss of power now and
then I'm just hoping it is not anything major if
anyone could let me know

Spraying a cleaner into the manifold would not cause an issue like that. But where did you spray it from? Into the air intake and before the MAF? If so, you need to buy some CNC MAF cleaner. I suspect the elements on the MAF have intake cleaner on then giving you drivability issues. Also check all your connections, maybe you forgot to plug the MAF in?
