problem with lights

Need help head light tail lights dash lights break and tail
lights don’t work only blinkers.

Did this ever get resolved? Ive got the opposite problem. everything works but wont blink. Every now and then it starts blinking for a bit then stops? Is this the blinker relay? (picture) bc when i went to nappa they seemed very confused.
