What is the best Engine Option for a Ford Bantam 1997?

Asked by NoGuru9Q22X9 Mar 12, 2022 at 08:38 AM about the 1995 Ford Bantam

Question type: Car Customization

Good day, I intend to replace the petrol engine of my 1997 Ford Bantam with
a
new engine. What would be a good move for a 1300 to 1400 size petrol
engine
as the replacement engine - concerning fuel efficiency, power, that fits easily,
that will adapt without having to change too many additional things? I
appreciate your
comments and feedback. Thank you.

This model Bantam I would suggest the Mazda B3 1300 engine. Ignition timing at 12 Deg TDC. Spark plugs BP5ES with a 1.00mm Gap.

Thanks a lot for the guidance Mark. I appreciate you taking the time to give me this advice. NoGuru
