DON'T TOUCH IT!!! This is not the proper means of "adjusting" the idle. The idle on these vehicles is not meant to be adjusted manually. It is primarily computer controlled and if it is out of spec you can be fairly certain that there is a malfunction of some sort. It could be a vacuum leak, idle air control valve, an O2 sensor, etc. Don't just adjust the screw and expect the thing to work right.
