Can someone tell me if semi metallic or ceramic brake pads, which one would brake better under wet conditions?

My Semi Metallic pads would not hold up in the rain until they were warmed up. So I bought Metallic Brake Pads and they are holding up pretty well in the rain. I am sold on Metallic Brake Pads.

Try drilled and slotted brakes from Power Stop. Tires that have a good wet traction rating are important.
