Stealth

I have a 1992 Dodge Stealth ES.  The car ran
great until the last three weeks.  When the
car sat over night it would be hard to start
the next morning.  Had to pump the gas
pedal several times before it would start.
Now it won't start at all. .   The gas
tank is 1/2 full.  The fuel relay works. The fuel
pump works when I put a secondary source
of power to it.  It doesn't work when I take
the secondary power source off.
Also, I'm not getting any spark with the
spark plugs or coil.
I checked the fuses.  All are good.  New
fuel filter and air filter were recently installed.
I should mention, the engine and
transmission are both rebuilt and were
recently installed and worked great until
recently.
Any suggestions?   I've run out of
options. I don't know where to go from here.
