I think the price is a little on the high side, hard to say for sure with out any info like the mileage and what recent maintenance has been done to it like timing belt water and oil pumps (60k mile maintenance) but just taking a guess on the mileage at 150k and excellent condition, its books at 2750 and 2600 @ 200k miles/excellent, keep in mind this is only an automatic SOHC model so has the least power and toys of any of the other models but is more reliable and best on gas than the RT or TT models. so if you want it for speed save your money you can find a decent DOHC for about the same amount

Although it is a sohc 3 L v6 and not the dohc it still seems to be worth that. Just be for warned that these cars are high maintenance most of the time. If buying it for a daily driver that you will not have to work on I would advice to get something else. But if you are looking to get it for something fun to drive and work on grab it up. These are fun cars and if you can do you own work they are not that bad to work on.
