does it work in the 321 of the PRND321 on the dash for the gear selector

@crumbob works in 1 not in 2 (doesn't have a 3) and reverse, but you need to wait 2 to 3 min before starting to move. This can be caused by a bad trans fluid level?

Before throwing good money at it, bring it to a local repair facility (no national chain) and explain the problem and have them test it. Fluid and filter should be changed every 40K. Has your's been changed in 14 years?
