92 Chrysler dynasty gas pedal not accelerating?

Yesterday, my car wouldn't start so we jumped it, it was
working fine. We drove for about a minute but then the gas
pedal would not accelerate. The check gauges light came
on too, turned it off and of course the car would not turn
back on
Does anyone here having any clue what it could be and
what to do? Thanks!

Since the Check engine light was or is on, scan for the OBDii trouble codes. That will give you an idea on what is going on. Maybe you will get a throttle body code. Let us know what 4 digit code you get after scanning. You can buy one, or borrow one from a friend. Look on youtube for a video on the procedure to help.
