1994 DODGE DAKOTA - Head light and dash lights come on and off

Headlights and dash lights go on and off.

That sounds like an alternator or a relay starting to go out. My best bet would be alternator since they are lighting up

my 2005 is doing the same shit, I highly doubt its the alternator, Im thinking the headlight switch.

I had the same problem with my 93 3.9 Dakota. My problem was the fog lights was causing a relay to trip. I couldn't find the relay so I ran wire and relay just for the fog lights and the flashing of the lights stopped

Replace the Airbag Clockspring in the steering wheel... Did on my 1993 Town and Country and again today in my 2003 Dodge Dakota... $160 including labor...
