I know the K-member will be way wrong. As for the exact differences of a 300 verses the stock 200 they came with, not sure if it will fit between the radiator and fire wall. Tho I have seen one with a Ford V-10 fit pretty nicely.

Ok, sorry that web site is gone...but if you google v-10 in Mustang you can see lots of them....they are the same car as the Fairmont.
