Turn signals wont work

Could be turn signal switch itself but I'd guess its V the turn signal flasher . A small round silver 3 prong unit . That is technically a realy and also makes the noise you hear when you use them .they run about 6 dollars and can be found under the drivers side of the dash at the fuse box .good luck .
