hard shift

Hello I have an issue. I have a 97 neon all stock.

Wondering if u guys can help me?
Well i have notice the pass copple days it has been hard to get my car in to
2nd gear. I got the car about a month ago.
It has 141 on the clock.
it has also been a trail to get it in reverse.
sometimes it goes in smooth other times a grind.

Please help .....

Sounds like you need to pull the trans and check the condition of the guide busing, then possibly the synchros
