Fuel pump relay keeps blowing

Square black box I believe it's called a fuel
pump relay #3 on my 1998 dodge stratus
keeps blowing, I've replaced the fuel
pump, the fuel injectors, fuel filter and it
still keeps blowing. i also replaced the
starter and ignition switch awhile back
also..

Check the amperage draw on that circuit, if it's higher that the amperage the relay can handle then you need to find out why, could be a bad ground on the fuel pump circuit, could be just bad wiring, and there is also a slight possibility that the pump you repalced is bad.
