Tire/wheels may need balanced. Tires may have issues. Brake disk rotors can vibrate, most time its when applying the brakes.

if its wheel vibration then i would say go with enginecreators answer if not and its engine vibration if could be water intrusion either into a sensor or through a vaccum leak sucking in water.

I have a 2007 ram 1500 5.7 L hemi. It runs fine when it's dry but when it rains the engine stalls. Throttle control gone, and the electronic throttle control light comes on I could use some advice.
