Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2001 Dodge Stratus, and it has been leakin water on the inside driver side for a while, and recantly started overheating. For a while i was just having to put water in it before i drove it anywhere and the faster i drove, it would cool down but at red lights would go back up. Then i noticed it was leaking on the outside too, about where the dash starts or so. Then one day it started to overheat and really hot steam started to come through all my vents, i pulled over and it had plenty of water but wasnt cooling down. what should i do?
