So my next issue... My breaks went to the
floor. The reservoir is full. I attempted to

nothing.

I took the master cylinder out. The piston is fully extended. The fluid in it was a dark brown. I'll be getting a new one in the am. I'll upload you when I do. By the way... I did check the break lines.. that are all clear.

I changed out the master cylinder. Then bleed the breaks with a $30 bleeder kit. I have breaks, however they seem a bit soft yet. Not dangerously soft, but soft. I bleed them twice. I might have to try it again.

I had the same issue and replaced master cylinder, bled breaks twice, they look clear & there doesn’t appear to be any contamination to the fluid, ‘y breaks work but you push through swooshing sound almost down to floor before they are engaged & stopping. Is it safe to drive this way if I drive it carefully & if anyone can give me an idea it’s an 88 so it’s pretty old it’s more just to satisfy my curiosity at this point. Oh also before I start it the break is tight & normal feeling. Thank you in advance for anyone who takes the time to share their knowledge re;
