Question type: Maintenance & Repair

After having the dash out to install new
stereo when dash got reinstalled both
lights are lit. Switching back and forth
between AWD 4WD HIGH AND 4WD
DRIVE LOW has no effect nor dues
pushing the neutral botton the AWD AND
suggestions!? Is there a way to reset it!?
Drove down the block with turns and
doesn't appear to be in 4WD but the lights
both stay on. Any help very appreciated!

The wires are messed up.

Unplugged and replugged in the wiring harness - no change - don't see how the wiring would have got messed up its just a simple plug - thought maybe there was some sort of Dodge reset I don't know about....
