It is mounted on the engine block behind the right cylinder head

it is mounted behind the right cylinder head on the back side of the motor and there is a mod you can do to get alittle more power out of the 3.9 check with krc performace they listed the mod and it works i did it to my 3.9 dakota, my 5.9 r/t dakota and my ram 5.9 2500 and it pick up about 5 more hp and about 10% more miles per gallon
