02 dodge neon wont start

I was driving my car and i hit something in the road
and it busted my oil filter. i didnt Notice until i got
to the store and it died so i looked under the car
and i seen oil coming from the filter and now it
wont even turn over it just clicks one time

Your engine sized up due to the loss of oil or the oil is dirty oil (meaning the filter wasn’t able to get out the cantaminits that are in it.) You are looking at least 3,000 for it to be fixed.
