03 dodge stratus

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

While sitting waiting for friend with car running car
just cuts off out the blue it has 3/4 of a tank of gas
in it, while trying to crank it it turns but it jus won't
fire up so when I check under hood while a friend
try to get it started I notice Everytime he try there is
a little spark by bolt dat holds the cylinder together.  
What could that be?
