how do removal the wiring harness from with in the door, and having a problem unplugging
it from the body as well

first take the door panel off, then unclip the plug from the power locks and windows, (if equipped) next pull the boot off that is in the door jamb, there you'll find another plug. disconnect it and you should be able to pull the harness out of the door
