truck lights work but when you hook up to the trailer left side dosen't work on trailer

Hi depmar. Sounds like you have issues with either your wiring harness to the trailer in the Ranger, or your connection from the electrical coupler to the tail light on the trailer, or perhaps even the light on the trailer itself. Work backwards from the truck, and verify current at each place, and you should find the problem. Good luck!
