First time buying a car Is this car worth it?

Im new to driving, well new to a
licence lol i drove just shouldnt have
been, im looking into buying my first
car but i only make around 1300 a
month. Im looking at this dodge
charger wondering if its worth the
price.

Any 13 year old charger is a poor first car choice.

May i ask what a good first car would be? Trying to find something cheap just to get me around in the 5k or under range.
