Does a diesel pump nozzle fit a dodge caravan gas tank?

Could I have accidentally filled my Dodge Carvan with diseas?
Can this happen? Especially these days with nozzle sizes helping prevent that?

The nozzle won't fit. You would also have paid a much different price than your typical fill-up. (It's about a dollar more per gallon.) If you still think diesel got into the gas tank, don't drive it and siphon it out. A little diesel won't harm the engine but don't push it.
