power doesnt work when i start my car

when i first turn on my car the heater and power windows work great but as soon as i
start the car i have no power to the heater or windows. i have to turn key all the way off
and back on and everything works until i start it again

Sounds like your ignition switch is going bad or the ignition slide mech attached to the steering column (if applicable) is out of adjustment or in need of replacement.

If so the airbag light stays on During this malfunction? Till you cycle the key. If so the body control module is on the way out. The bcm runs everything in the car. If no factory security. Then the ignition may very well be toast.
