how to remove transmission

Top 2 bolts seem impossible to remove.  Do I have to pull the engine?

Nope, tight but no problem as I can recall to remove those two from above.

I am also wanting to remove my M40 transmission from my 1964 PV544 and I just can't see how to get to the two upper bolts. Did you do it? Jim jschoster@comcast.net
