2000 seabring

I tried to jump start my car and since then it has not started and I should
mention that it has a after market alarm was put in so wouls this cause
problems

my 2000 seabrng has had a after market alarm put in as with the alarm that came with car so when i jumped start my car it did something to the after market alarm and it wont start and the horn just honks

The alarm can definitely be the problem provided you didn't get the jumpers on backwards.
