01 PT Cruiser has very little heat. but,the temp is normal.so,now what??

Either the thermostat is broken,or the heating element inside your car is dense,most likely the first alternative

I've found that my PT has to be at 2000rpm before the heat kicks in real good.

the heater control may be going bad or thermostat is stuck open not letting the engine get up to operateing temp.
