How do I fix leather interior components?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just purchased an '84 928S 5 speed. The car is in overall good condition inside and out.
The only obvious issues are cosmetic. Paint on front bumper is flaking, leather dashboard cover peeled away, and rear interior quarter trim pieces shrunk and pulled away. Right now, the leather has been pulled off the dashboard and some glue residue remains. Does anyone know how to clean or repair the dashboard, or how to fix rear panels?
I don't have any photos right now, but I will post some soon.

There is a couple of good suppliers in the USA that can fix your car or send you the leather ready to fit
