Died out at a red light and won't restart or turnover

I was at a light the car just died and won't do nothing. You
don't even hear a clicking noise for the starter. It is a 2003
PT Cruiser. All lights work headlights taillights dashboard
lights. Any ideas

bad starter and or solenoid perhaps. If you can find starter under the car, lightly hit it with a hammer and then try to start car, sometimes it will start. My money is in the starter

Found out that the code it kept kicking out p0016 after replacing the cam shaft sensor still kicked the same code so I replaced the crankcase sensor and still the same thing come to find out it was a fuse under the hood a 20 amp fuse of all things. Went to the fuel pump and relay.
