when I start the car the Traction Control, Service Engine,and Anti Lock Brake lights
come on and stay on until I shut the car off

Investigate what specific codes are being generated. Then diagnose from there if there are not any other symptoms. Any shop or parts store can pull the codes on a 2001 (OBD2 port).

have you checked the fuse panel to see if there is a blown fuse? Also how many mi on vechicle?
