Can't reset new key for a 2004 cadilac deville

Lost keys for above model. Bought. Pk3 key with transponder from dealership. Followed procedure from dealership

Take it back to the dealership. It should have been reset before you left the lot. It could be a problem with the key - such as the wrong one for your car.
