2004 Cadillac Deville wont start after checking some fuses

i have a 2004 Cadillac DeVille i was checking fuses concerning the ac system
and now the car wont start lights turn on when key is turned to accessories but
when turned to on position dash goes out and i hear a clicking noise anybody
know whats going on?
