how do I disable the anti theft on my 2002 ford explorer?

my theft alarm goes off about every 5 minutes - horns and lights - when locked by remote or key or keyless - still will start and run when key is inserted

even if you find the procedure on line it is a complicated issue , maybe a technician can help
