i have a 2002 for explorer 4.0 it has no power when giving it gas.

my 2002 ford explorer has no powere when trying to take off.it runs ruff at a idiol. I stoped at a stop sign when i started to go it got up about 30 mph then it just bugged down and wont go any faster then 15 mph.I will start and set and run but as soon as u press down on the gas peddal it just buggs down no power at all. please HELP!!!!!!!!
