Lada VAZ 2107 2009

Yesterday the belt came off and ofcourse the car heated
and my radiator water/coolant got empty. I parked and left
it for the night, next day i fixed the belts, added water
(Filling the bottle -which was already completely empty)
and then started the engine , i didn't keep my eye on the
radiator.I drove it for about 10-15 minutes, then stopped to
but something (3 or 4 minutes with engine off) then i
noticed that the radiator bottle only had like 1 cup of
water(almost empty). Then without running engine i added
600ml of water that i had to the bottle, then started engine
and drove off for 5nl minutes and parked it.

Will adding water to the radiator bottle with the car hot do
damage ?(it wasnt running when adding water).

No damage, the only reason for not adding when hot is the coolant overflowing out of the reservoir as it under pressure. Everyday check the level and add as needed till you have it sorted.
