brake lights not working on 1963 ford falcon

On a 1963 the switch is down on the brake pedal. It just may be out of adjustment. The bracket and the plastic get old and slip down. better off just replaceing the brake light switch on the back side of the brake pedal

In 1965 I belave it was they put a switch in the master but that had nothing to do with the brake lights it was there to let you know your brake fluid level was laow. Hell they still use that system on Fords
