rewire the a/c and make sure that the heat and air wires are in the correct position

The horn stopped working, fuse was blown, changed out fuse, horn still doesnt work. When you depress on the horn it makes a clicking sound in the engine compartment.

Whole thing turns when I try to remove antenna. Does tire well cover have to be removed to get wrench on antenna mount. Antenna will not just turn out of base. Thanks
