heated vs non heated outside mirrors

Question type: Car Customization

replaced non-heated outside mirrors with heated ones on my 2009 murano,
they are not turning on when I push the defrost button. any help here please?
checked related fuses, all good. maybe need a relay? thanks

find where you loose 12 volts to the mirrors...how did you wire the in????

I didn't do any wiring, the old mirror harness had 3 wires and the new one 5, I assumed is a plug-and-play mirror. That's what I did to my ex, 04 Endeavor. I wanted to have an advice before I take the door panel out.
