Corsa lite problem

Hie there my opel corsa lite 1.4 has a problem
when i start sometimes it acts as if battery is flat  
then starts after that there is white  smoke  comes
out for a while  then goes when  I  drive  up to
normal temperature  slowing down to a stop it just
cuts off last  i have to top up water within few days
otherwise it overheat how can i fix this please help
